General Terms:

1. This offer will be valid until 12/31/2009. Some products are seasonal products. These products are only available depending on their season.

2. All Items are subject to availability.

3. All prices include VAT. The shipping costs will be charged separately. The minimum order will be of EUR 20,--. Any errors or omissions in any catalogue, sales literature, price list, dispatch note, invoice or other documentation or any information issued by us from time to time shall be subject to correction without liability on our part.

4. Shipping Costs: You will find our shipping costs in "Delivery and Shipping Costs"

5. Orders: You can order per Fax, Mail or in written. We deliver your order as soon as possible directly from Spain. If you are under 18, you may use mareni-gourmet.com only with involvement of a parent or guardian.

Professional customers: We refuse your purchasing terms.

6. Payments: You will find our payment terms in "Delivery and Shipping Costs"

7. Damaged Packages: Please check your shipment thoroughly upon receipt for any damage. Any visual carton damage or breakage observed must be noted on the delivery receipt as "Damaged Package(s)" before signing. Pleas inform us immediately per Mail (info@mareni-gourmet.com) or Fax (+34/93/583 68 91). Failure to make a claim within 24 hours of receipt with carrier will result in denial of claim.

8. Complaints: Please inform us about any complaint immediately per Mail (info@mareni-gourmet.com) or Fax (+34/93/583 68 91).

9. Returns: Under the Consumer Protection ( Distance Selling ) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days, starting the day after receipt of the goods, without giving a reason. This is your cooling off period. If the goods have not been returned we will make a charge for collection and deduct this from the refund.

Please note, that other than for faulty goods, you will have to pay the cost of returning the goods to us. Your money will then be refunded within 30 days of the returned parcel reaching our premises. Please contact us stating the reason for the return and provide a daytime contact number and return email address before shipping back to us. All returned items must include original packaging and invoice. Refunds or credits exclude product shipping or return shipping costs. Carefully repack the item with all instructions and documentation in its original container and mail back

Items can only be refunded under the following terms:

- Items should be returned in their original packaging and in "as new" condition.

- It is the sender is responsibility of posting the goods back to us. We recommend special delivery, as records are then kept.

- Please ensure the invoice is also posted with the goods, with all relevant customer details.

- Guarantee liability is restricted to replacing goods. Should it not be possible to replace goods a monetary refund will be made.

- Goods supplied as ordered are liable to a handling charge of up to 20%.

- In the case of special orders, we reserve the right to refuse cancellation and refunds.

10. This website is operated and maintained from Barcelona / Spain. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these terms (and your use of this website) are governed under Spanish Law.
